Long term sick & Holiday
A postman in our office has been off sick since before Christmas and is unlikely to return to work before the end of this holiday year. During this period he should have had 2 weeks holiday. Just wondering what happens to these weeks, do they get carried over to next year or do Royal Mail pay him, or are they just lost.
