BIG BIG next couple of days for my office. Had a stage 2 ir meeting over BSI100 our current bsi is knocking in at between 90 and a 103 on our IWT so we have to ascertain if the figures are accurate for our impending DM revision. So as part of the resolution we are doing a 2 day(thur/fri) varification over the next two weeks to see if those days come way under our average BSI figure. The excercise will involve no managers doing our work,No one being allowed to come in early,everyone taking at least 20 minutes m/b before they go out and making sure pressure is booked against Indoor. The DOM and the IR rep briefed the whole office on it this morning. The funny thing is the amount of MUPPETS who are absolutly shitting it at the thought of coming in on the correct time an having a break. Should be interesting

I fear the troops will have to be watched like a hawk, the double preppers are too used to little fudging gems like...

Which sadly then results in the PT staff arriving early because they know full well the state their walk will be in, instead of starting at their proper time and then deciding if they want extended delivery o/t or want to finish at their contract finish time.

Well all my fears came true regarding getting a true picture of indoor requirements in my section, every frame near me showed at least one double prep "fudge" (as they typically do), not to mention the old classic of ~1.25 yorks of ASAP being left untouched by IPS.

It did not help that the 22.5 hour PT were left completely out of the the loop (once again) as regards IWT monitoring for the next two weeks, so in they strolled anywhere from ~0830 to 0900, when they should be officially starting at 0930.

peterloo, I can only hope things were better co-ordinated at your depot, I contacted my depot's union team in advance of this morning regarding these predicted issues and yet by and large this morning's figure for my section will be an absolute nonsense...

Just started as rep at our place and we are in early stages of dm revision. How important is the bsi figure when doing this revision and how do you find out what bsi your office is working at present?
