does anyone know what the stance on family friendly is ?
also lets say there are 6 f@f duties but ten people put in for them how do you pick who gets it ?

Be patient. In a few years the jobs will all be part time from 9.30am to 3pm i.e. between dropping the kids off at school and picking them up again, so VERY family friendly.
