Hi i believe my union rep was promised 2 vr and one transfer so he signed the dutys off the other week now management have told us there is no transfers, the rep didn`t have it in writing and it was a verbal agreement ,is there anything he can do ?

Tell your rep to go into the IR framework. Disagreement. Send to the DSM and area rep too. Also tell your rep to invite the DOM for a minuted meeting too.
