Css operating

just a quick question or two
i work on the Css machine in a delivery office with two machines. now when i was trained we were told that two people to work the machine,two hours on and two hours off.today we were told that the NEW way of working we can operate with only three people this means if someone is on leave the reserve will not be put in place oh and the flexible way of working was thrown at us can anyone else confirm that this is the case?supposedly it works in wear valley office'

Why would we want to be chatting to men? Out in the sticks we are strictly normal, no decadence like you southerners

Anyway the 2 hours on and two hours off was for mail centres where there was sufficient other work for operators. In DOs it was considered a swap over was sufficient.
