What is the RM proceedure to stop recieving D2Ds?
Only asking, cos I had the idea today of getting the full instructions, writing them down - then posting copies for the 350-odd customers of mine that still recieve D2Ds ( Roger Annies had the right idea, just went about it the wrong way )
I don't suppose your mouth bleeds every 28 days, does it?
Mail delivery; those that can, do, those that can't, MANAGE!

Re: What is the RM proceedure to stop recieving D2Ds?
-Ironically the Mail published the Oxford Opt -out address when RM got shafted on the front page over poor Rodger . They threatened him with dire consequences if he went to the papers , so I'm glad someone did shop RM to the papers , only language those B*****ds who've never left the school playground understand . It's like pre-privatisation in the early 90's with another big union , RM has always been backward , insular, inward -looking & archane ,it's nice to see they are trying to catch up with the real world !.smokerjim wrote:Only asking, cos I had the idea today of getting the full instructions, writing them down - then posting copies for the 350-odd customers of mine that still recieve D2Ds ( Roger Annies had the right idea, just went about it the wrong way )

-Oh right ,sorry I stand corrected , RM is the real world , I should have realised that !, so all that corruption , neopotisim & favourtisim , poor culture etc is completely normal just like private industry . Sorry It'd be very naive and gullible to think that . I'm not sure what sort of arguement your'e repeatedly trying to pick, or what you are trying to imply but I CAN assure you've picked on the wrong person Belial- I think you'll have to try a bit harder than that . Sorry but I don't see why I have to justify myself .BELIAL wrote:WHich real world you thinking of

Not picking on anyone ,nobody required to justify themselves to me ,just have trouble working out the meaning of some of your posts.norbet colon wrote:-Oh right ,sorry I stand corrected , RM is the real world , I should have realised that !, so all that corruption , neopotisim & favourtisim , poor culture etc is completely normal just like private industry . Bit concerned about people repeating baseless RM propaganda as if it were fact though, why do it?

I think most postal workers are pretty aware of the enemy now,and i totally agree with being prepared ,they are ruthless and efficient in pursuit of their aims. It would be a tragic error to underestimate them.norbet colon wrote:[- As I EXPLAINED -it's quite simple, it's call know the enemy and where they are coming from, to be forewarned is to be forearmed or should we just complain what a shower RM are and dismiss everything they say . .
I also think care should be exercised when discussing obvious RM propaganda. I do not think this thread title demonstrates such care, it,s effect seems negative to me.[19000 quit CWU]
I do concede that after editing your inital post does now have a different tone so perhaps we agree?

I'm just worried about how much undelivered d2d items will be left under our signing on desk,by friday morning you can hardly get to it
To be honest if our managers knew how many people don't deliver them (believe me there's more than a few) ,i think i'd be in a very understaffed ofice !!
By the way i do deliver them, just in case anyone got the wrong idea
