hi does any one know when you go from full time delivery to 3 day job share delivery, what happens when there is a vacant duty/revision repick/sign can you pick any duty for the two job sharers .thanks

If one person leaves a job share then the vacant part of the job share should be advertised to fill the vacancy. If there are no takers then the person left in the job share will be obliged to take up the rest of the duty. If they decline then they will be asked to look for a duty with similar hours in the office, then the whole duty should be advertised as vacancy.
