hi ive been employed since june 2010 do i have any right to ask for a permanent contract now ????? as im still on a 30hr contract as someonesaid i should be at least perm part time at very least thanks for ya help in advance

The national time limit is 4 years to be considered permanent, the Royal Mail/CWU is 2 years, however RM are not always honouring it so if you have done over 2 years get your IR Rep to contact the ADR, or you can yourself. They should either add you to the list and take your case up, or advise you of the current situation.
