Could someone please remind me of the last letter times required under uso obligation...I know rural is different, thanks in advance

The way the times are described have changed. It used to be RM will aim now it is will endeavour so these times are never a guarantee.

Just to clarify the USO only states 1 delivery per day 6 days a week - that is the obligation there are no last letter times defined in it.
