For new starters it says in contract you are allowed 22.5 days holiday, pro rata for part time.

so if your 32 hours a week does this mean i still get 22.5 for the year or a percentage of this ?

That's a 32 and a half hour week but yes you will still get 22.5 days.

However the PSP will record and process annual leave in hours instead of days, meaning that leave entitlements will be reduced by the actual hours and minutes taken – not days as is current practice. This means that leave can now be taken in hours if a full day is not required.
