As I informed you that the plan was the plan was by Febraury 6th to have a conclusion on pay , the mail centre issues and the delivery part of the agreement which includes how a new model week is calulated , the issue of 100 BSI and the indoor work methods which was formerly known as the flow project. These have now all been agreed by the PEC.

This part of project plan was titled getting back on track.

The Next stage is titled Building Momentum and is aimed to be concluded by the end of March this includes world class mails, colleague share , new guidelines on absorption , job security and further work on improving relationships. It is expected that an agreement on world class mails will finailised by the end of February.

The 3rd part of Project Plan is titled The NEW DEAL and is targeted for conclusion by the end of May 2012 which will also include the 2013/14 pay deal.

also what happened to attendance procedure discussions (ie stage warnings) regardless of persons or reasons for abscence . we are still being issued stage warnings as matter of course

So this will be another agreement for RM to renage on, laughing through their back teeth ..... How can the union sit round a table with these people when you know their recent history
You shouldn't be in the same room as them until they honor BT2010, you know that agreement we all supported the CWU on, they are completely ignoring !!!!!!!
