Resign problems

Hi, just wondering if anybody can help. I have been doing a full time duty for 2 years, i was told that after 2 years i would become default full time on a permanent basis. Now my depot is currently in the process of a resign i have been put told that i may now have to go back to being part time as duties were offered in order of seniority. (another person below me in the seniority list has already been told that they have a full time duty). I had a contract at the time of starting the duty(full time) which states i now am full time on a full time permanent basis temporary, yes i know that doesnt make sense but thats what it says. I dont know where i stand with this. I have been told on 2 separate occassions that i would be given an answer as to what i would be doing and these dates have passed, still with no word, and it's becoming really frustrating. Can anybody help??

You will pick before the person below you who has been told they have a FT duty, so just pick the duty they would have got, if the duty isn't there you get your Rep involved and take it from there......................

We have the same on our resign and the staff have been told they have to be on the temporary full time duty for four years before they are automatically full time.
