Get with the game plan/big picture.
It's just another ill-fated attempt to drag out more savings from indoor that aren't really there to start with.
It will cost a fortune,produce the square root of zero,be watered down a few times and disappear.
The mini-yorks,backless frames and trolleys will end up gathering dust in the back of your D.O. and it will be onwards and upwards to the next farce.
The theory doesn't even hold water..if your plan is to eventually sequence 90% of your mail why are you going to need porters and trolleys and backless frames.
We don't even use half of our IPS area now.
I'm lucky if i get half a tray of manual letters on an average day,i think i can manage to porter that myself.
