I was sacked from my last job and had my appeal done off site the person who sacked me happened to be in the building at the same time, there is a fair appeal if i've ever heard it.

Dont think I've heard of anybody winning an appeal, they want us old timers out for this new 24 or 30 hour a week contracts!

That's my feelings exactly , they have to give workers rights to an appeal but it's just so they can double check an employee hasn't got a strong case to take them to a et if not there decision stands however unfair it is ,
