Guess what, actual letters were 6% more , flats 7% more and packets were 84% more .
I know 6 and 7% doesnt seem much but 84% for parcels

Everyone in our office checked their letters and packets against what RM said was our figures for that day .
Guess what, actual letters were 6% more , flats 7% more and packets were 84% more .

The worrying thing is I dont think they're lying to us, it's just they don't have a clue whats going on :-s
