new start times: tuesday longest day?
Hi, Had our delivery revision last week (chaos) and this week start with our new hours and start times. Can anyone explain why they have allowed 15 mins extra time for the lightest day of the week?

tuesday is always a crap day for me. shedloads of packets and specials, then we have to do weekly van check, refuel van, wtl... so much for it being the easiest day.

Good luck with the revision ,we had ours last june and still we're having problems, nearly all the rounds have been overloaded (impossible to achieve) The 39hr week has been sorted by knocking half an hour off what RM thought to be the two quietest days Monday and Tuesday. We all know Mondays can be extremely busy on delivery, if you work after your time on a Monday our DOM makes you start work a bit later the next couple of mornings to save paying the OT. How things have changed !!!
