My girlfriend has sent a packet but put the wrong number on it and the postman has p737 it would the person who it should have gone to be able to pick the packet it with out the p737

Doh been putting p737 on the sheet for 1yr now no 1 told me any different lol

After working in the callers, what usually happens is the person who has received the P739 comes in or rings up and says yes, I live there but this person doesn't. It's down to the staff then to maybe ask the postie if the number is wrong or RTS the parcel. I take it your GF put a return address on her parcel..........?

OR get recipient to call up the office and ask about it. Mistakes like this happen regularly, recipient may be able to get the parcel with suitable ID.
