Can anyone tell me what I need to do or what options are available to me if any, when the 3pm last letter kicks in and I need to be over the other side of the city picking the kids up then? Do I have any options, or do I just have to forfeit my job ??

You need to apply for FF via your DOM. You will then be asked to fill a form in stating why he/she should consider you for FF. The DOM will then review it. We've a few FF duties in my office, some start later so they can take the kids to school some start earlier so you can finish earlier. You need to see the DOM to see if any FF duties are in your office or if any are going to be put in for the later finish time.

no im stoke i always miss the 1245 kick off on sky sports it should be banned and moved to 745 pm

and how can we get our Saturday back. I don't mind the changes and workload as it had improved for me but I don't want to work longer hours on Saturday.
