wait until you start p&l they can run all they like they won't be going home early, 3 days into it 14 out of 16 walks cut off and they brought back loads not just a bundle each, think we're screwed, god knows what is gonna happen the rest of the week

Surely they will have to work to there times when p&l comes in. No point rushing around then as they'll have to sort if they get back early.

There is nothing to sort in our D.O. after delivery.
You are more likely to find that your delivery is targeted as having scope for more.
A delivery methods revision will throw up some duties that aren't quite right especially if members do it right,use the equipment and take their breaks.
This excess will have to go somewhere and if you tear around you might as well paint a target on your back because rather than invest more hours the manager will take the easy option.
That is the real danger in not doing the job properly under park&loop...you will cut your own throat.

Give it a coupe of weeks and you will have morons reverting to type - ditching the trolleys, running round, even taking their P&L duties out in their own cars. Those that stick to their guns and do the job properly will be harassed endlessly with sorting tests and prep tests, being told that they aren't quick enough 'indoors'.

If it means coming in hours early for no pay, working with no lunch break, carrying bags, and using private cars just to finish 30 mins before their time they'll still do it.
