P & LOOP Question.....

Hi All,
It's my understanding that as part of the P & L process some kind of a questionnaire is issued to all staff. What kind of questions are on it ?...... Do you get to re-choose on 1 in 6 weeks off or the 5 day week etc ?.....

We are going through P&L prep now and so far I think I have been asked loads of different things so it all depends on how they are doing it at your office. But yes, just today we had a meeting where all the different attendance options were explained - we now have a week to peruse and explain/discuss with families before we vote on them.

The way it was explained was if 90% voted for one option then that would be adopted - but if there was a split and it was possible we may be able to have 2 or even more attendance patterns. As we are quite a large office - over 200 and 5 postcodes we should be able to be quite creative and hopefully be able to meet most aspirations.

Are there any vacancies at yours tbt? You see I do have aspirations, I want to be 6'2" and well hung however the reality........

I don't think the essence of the re-pick will be any different to any other re-pick i.e it is done off seniority with the usual exemptions (colleagues who have DDA etc) but it seems there will be some limitations such as..... If you're a non driver you're obviously limited to HDT duties, or driving duties which are not already half occupied by another non driver, however if any duty is empty when it's your turn then you could pick that duty.
It will be different also in the respect that you will obviously consider who has already chosen half of that duty, not wanting to work with "toadies", runners or even real slow coaches will probably all factor in the decision....... But that's just my interpretation of it
