D2d again ???

D2D increase has nothing to do with a revision. They were put into the workload as part of the 2010 agreement and was slowly increased from a maximum of 3 to now a maximum of 6. In fact i think you can maybe have more than 6 but doesnt matter as they are part of your workload so youll get the time to prep them and deliver them.......well that was the idea!!!!

Royal Mail don't care as long as they are screwing you over and making plenty money from D2Ds, given you get a set amount for full time and pro rata

No it was just another part of the agreement that was so loosely worded that it meant nothing.

BTW, the D2D sleeves will never happen. No advertiser wants their junk together with other junk. You should NOT place D2D items together. Put them through the door separate. Takes longer as well.

several walks in our office regularly get 5 or 6, no-one has ever had more than 6 yet but they have never come bundled together and we have never been given more time to do them, just the 20 minutes on your frame as always before going on sorting.

If everyone ONLY started prepping the d2d in their duty time and not in their own time and then, if they wanted to, cut off we would all be better off. Oh and I never understood why all staff including mail centre staff get the same payment that covers d2d ?
