Well personally I think you will get nothing. The money is for working through the changes and helping to "make it work". Your last office had no changes implemented before you left and the new office you are at has already started the process and is no doubt over the initial shock of the changes (albeit probably still in a hell of a mess)

Consider yourself getting nothing and if you do get something is its a bonus isnt it?
Union what Union? Do we have a union?

Welcome to RMC steve.

Employees who move Office - Transformation Lump Sum Payments and Shorter Working Week

There are a number of situations that require clarification involving employees who transfer from one office to another.
On transfer, if the receiving office has already qualified for a lump sum payment and the transferee has not previously received payment from their old office, or has received a lower payment the lump sum or the difference will be paid.
On transfer, if the receiving office has not qualified for a lump sum payment, but the transferee has already received payment from their old office, the individual will not be due payment when the new office triggers the lump sum, unless the receiving office payment is greater.
If the transferee is already in receipt of the shorter working week from their old office, but the receiving office has not achieved the shorter working week, the transferee will only be expected to work the reduced hours at their new office.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

Kenny that's the nuclear option to be honest. Even for an Employment Tribunal you have to exhaust all avenues available to you within Royal Mail.

So I would in order:

1. Go to manager with a printed copy of the page in the agreement.
2. If 1 fails then go to the Unit Rep.
3. If 2 fails go to Area Rep.
4. If that fails then back to the Unit rep and put in a grievance about the Manager not applying the agreement correctly
5. Follow the grievance procedure through all its stages but at 4 fill out an ET1 and submit it (you need to do that within 3 months of the grievance
IIRC so I would put it in at same time just to get it logged)
6. Then if that does not work either use Simpson and Millar (Union Solicitors) if the CWU think you have a good case, or your own Solicitor if not.

Good luck

Possibly 4.5 justsayit@royalmail.com
Explain your situation, tbh they are quite good in getting stuff done.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I have noticed that TrueBlueTerrier mentioned something along the lines of this last month in the below post;

I believe there is ongoing discussion about paying those that have not qualified by a certain date - April 2013 IIRC.
