Come on lads

..... Dismissal, the manager only had 13 out of 15 B&H charges upheld against him by an appeal manager, mind they did recomend loads of things which the manager should do, re training, stop bullying the individual etc......Of course he has ignored their recomendations

, surely that's punishment enough for a manager.
Any way its not as if the guy who was and still is being bullied has much wrong with him, he only has crones disease and has had a cancerous tumour removed recently( neither of which he had when he started with RM 15 years ago), I don't know how he got his DDA
I put in a grievance against the same manager for some jumped up charge he conduct coded me for (I was refused B&H by HR @ Sheffield as the B&H was done within a conduct code procedure and this can only be a grievance according to them, even though I quoted the definition of bullying from the English dictionary as I was 1."being treated differently to others" and 2."being conspired against", it was only a grievance they said). Once again 5 out of 6 charges against the manager were upheld by the appeal manager who was disgusted how I had been treated, but he only made recomendations yet again which the manager is free and will ignore
Take B&H serious....... I don't think so...... Perhaps if some poor individual takes their own life in desperation like a Birmingham postie did some years ago they will treat B&H seriously.....
