It would be a nice touch if the union,who could probably get them for a tenner each with a bulk order..could maybe order 1000 and send them out to local reps.

I see on the TUC website a reduced single copy price of £18.00 for members. I am in agreement with you Fishtank - there is no reason why the CWU cannot furnish its Reps with copies at a further discounted price.

Like as has happened in the past within the CWU it will probably be down to individual branches to place any bulk orders for within their own respective branches.

Just as a matter of interest does the CWU not have a similar handbook - surely with all the courses available it wouldn't take too much to collate the salient points from each course and have scenarios from real life cases as examples of correct procedure.
