can someone give me a bit of advice please ?
if a someone has a medical condition that comes under the equality act should reasonable adjustments be made for them to work in there office. would that entitled them to ask royal mail to make up a duty for them with in reason. no it sounds daft but could someone give me an example please.have never dealt with this stuff before. :hmmmm

1/ has this person had an ATOS assessmant
does the persons own GP and ATOS agree the condition comes under the equalities act 2010

have you had a revision and resign yet

an employer would have to make reasonable adjustmants if there is scope within the organisation,

take for instance public callers,
if you are covered under the equalities act you have protected characteristics. that job would not be offered on a resign, you would get it by default

you would expect royal mail like any other employer to make up a job (reasonable adjustmants)
but you will have to fight tooth and nail and have the area rep involved

I MYSELF HAVE JUST GONE THROUGH THIS SINARIO
