thank you one and all.it is a thankless task but i think they get a hard time for nothing there easy to slag off but how many want to do the job ?

Thanks for the support.
Yes it is the hardest thing in RM to be, with no extra pay or allowances etc etc.
You are always between a rock and a hard place and nothing you do is ever enough.
When something goes wrong it's always the unions fault for ' selling everybody down the river' !
But im still one of the old time reps, and will not bow down to RM monster! :so there
Always be one step ahead, play their game but be wiser. Revenge is sweet.
