Hi,
could anyone please share your experiences ....i have to attend face to face interview with angard at one of the mail centre for 30 minutes...they asked me to get documents apart from that what will happen.....
what type of interview questions they ask.......
i have applied for casual flexible resource...what does it actually means...will they call me when required or on rota basis......
please help me!!!!!!

I doubt they'll actually ask you any questions - it tends to be just to go through your application form and verify any gaps in your employment. They'll check your documents and then send you on your way while they start the clearance process. I'm sure you'll have read the general feedback about Angard on these pages (which I would whole heartedly agree with) so the advice would be don't hold your breath and even if they give you a start date, don't bank on it actually being that date that you begin work.

I agree with graham1980, that was my experience too.
I also would be concerned about working for them (again) as they just don't seem to be getting any closer to sorting out the pay mess. Perhaps they don't want it sorted and hope people will give up. Plenty more people want the chance of earning some money.

I'd advise you to look at the posts around the forum and think carefully on how badly you want this job.
