it seems friday they are going to give me a presentation on the duty builder ref the revision for my office.
i have asked for a print out but the planner has stated its about 100 pages.
the presentation is this friday, and i need to know from reps who have been down this route,
WHAT SCAMS DO I NEED TO LOOK OUT FOR AND WHAT ARE THEY NOT TELLING ME

What to watch out for? All the skuldudgery going. Never mind it's 100 pages, remember the 2010 modernisation agreement? You can download a copy or ask your branch - any excuse but to actually give you a copy you could handle. just an update on the issue of the duty manager system
i tackled the planners today and they are going to send me a link to the program by friday
i even got a compliment by being called columbo in that i never ask a direct question to get my answers
slowly slowly catche monkey and all that
they were intrigued when i started asking questions on the resource controll system and put them on the back foot.
now the planner has stated that the duty manager system was abandoned 18 months ago and it is now just called the duty manager, rcs codes along side with an explanation of the codes
i cant confirm as i still have not see the duty manager but need confirmation that the new duty manager is an agreed tool that replaced the duty manager system
