the 10 hour duty change would have to be by a staff vote, just like delivery methods

if no DM has been introduced then go for a local agreement to accept or reject the proposal

a resign would be triggered if the change ammounted to more than 31 % of the office changed

10 hr days require a 4 day week thus being 2 duties but 3 posties covering so four rural 4 day weeks require 6 members of staff

sounds like all managers are the same my office have gone to dissagrement over DM because the fantastic planners want to take out 219hrs and reduce by two fulltime jobs and a further 7 full time staff to go partime its a joke that they say it is to make us more efficent but its not its about making savings.
