What van has a 3.2l engine?
If it was a LDV then it's about as powerful as a fart into a hurricane

Its getting used to the size and length of the bigger vans ans trying not to clip the kerb with the rear wheel. Depends what your daily drive is but none of the vans are very fast.
Only 6 months driving, you did ok.

We have had some pretty fast hire vans in the past, VW Transporter sport etc and even a hire car once when the hire company ran out of vanskrussel wrote: Its getting used to the size and length of the bigger vans ans trying not to clip the kerb with the rear wheel. Re: 3 minors for changeover driving assessment
i passed my changeover a 5-6 months after my test; diddnt buy a car so had no driving before the test so took a driving lesson as a refresher. i diddnt feel confident in doing a collection on my own, so i decided to go out with a "supportive" distribution driver, not paid - who would let me do the driving - for a couple weeks. even though i werent getting paid i saw it as if i was saving whatever i used to pay for my driving lessons, also allowing me to confidently drive the vehicle on my own when the time came.

I have heard your wife use those very words.
But she wasn't talking to you.

Re: 3 minors for changeover driving assessment
How long does a changeover assessment take (I've got one on Monday) ?
... and can it really be done in total darkness (it's at 0600 hrs

When I did mine it took about 45 minutes, just driving around and making sure I wasn't going to kill people with my bad driving
