Anyone know the situation with regards to account holding customers who do not pay their bills or scamming royal mail? This question applies mainly for PPI accounts.
I know of companies that have done it but all that seems to happen is their account is suspended. Do
royal mail not pursue the money that is owed? Has any company been taken to court? Any info would be useful.

not got any links but have seen a couple of posts on here in the news section about companies being taken to court and handed hefty fines for abusing the ppi system, so yeah if they are caught rm seem to crack down pretty hard
