Male order uniform order form questions

I just got my male order uniform order form today

I don't know what these 4 things are

1: Cagoule
2: Class 2 all weather coat
3: Waterproof leggings
4: Class 3 all weather coat

Can any1 explain what they are and if possible post pictures.
I tryed google but nothing.

Thnx if any1 can help :D
