Stage 1 attendance warning
I need a bit of advice, I was issued a stage 1 in Jan 18 2011, I know that on this date in 2012 the stage 1 is removed from my record. My question is "If I was to go sick before then what would happen to my stage 1. Also should mention I haven't been off sick since the stage was issued. Thanks long time lurker.

Its only 7 days time so hopefully you will make it. 
Even if you went sick and that was your first you would still be within the requirements of the stage 1.

As long as you don't break the requirements - 2 periods of sick or accumulate 10 days IIRC which would trigger a stage 2.
