Not been to a meeting about this "bigger picture" nonsense but i am guessing it will involve WCM (world class mail) to increase the efficiency within an office.Having less or no accidents within an office, more cut backs, more physical work, and more bullying because your performance is not up to scratch according to their figures. There will be changes but the future aint looking pretty for us posties.

I have been to this, and it's like being back at school! It's a total waste of time! They are just trying to make ppl think revisions and changes are for the best! Oh they don't tell us that they get a nice bonus for all the savings made!

Never happen in my DO, Saturdays are too short and tbh the rest of the week is no better but I suppose if they bring in someone to do 2 hours of my delivery then I'll happily sleep through it
