incompetent and bullying managers
I've had enough of theses people how do they sleep at night!! I came home today busting a ball in the wind and rain to £11 pay i mean wtf?????? not the first time its happened either its because the manager doesn't like me can anyone help me out here do i have any legal points?

Do you mean you only got £11 in your pay slip or have got a £11 custom charge or something

They're probably just targeting him because he makes life difficult for them, anything to try to upset the ones who question them when they are being unfair. See your rep and try the petty cash route as £11 is not enough to live on and you have no savings, give them some work back, they might even get fed up targeting you then......
The thing what gets me is we should all be prepared to go that extra mile for our employer to ensure the job is done well and we remain profitable to ensure all our future employment. How do they expect us to go that extra mile the way they treat us, not on just this issue, it's every issue in our office our DOM is always trying to fleece us, we should all work together for the better good but how can we????

He's on a 25hr contract,his wages shouldn't be fecked just like anyone else,30hrs,35,39 40...
