new and old uniform?

My question is when is the cut off for wearing the old blue uniform? (excluding blue shirt)

We have in our office muppets who refuse to wear the new red and grey just because of the colour. Ok it has its faults but surely its an improvement and more practical than the old one.

Don't get me wrong i for one would of preferred us to keep blue and improved it. But am i the only one who thinks it looks unprofessional that majority wear the new and some keep wearing the old. Surely its a security issue!

Well I'm one of those muppets that doesn't like the colour and doesn't wear it. No I don't think it's an improvement over the old one. For example the blue fleeces have a breast pocket which is damn useful the new one doesn't so no improvement there. The shirts are unisex designed to fit both but mostly just fit neither particularly well!

The blue one also looks a lot smarter than the new one in my opinion. The new one makes me want to go to Butlins and I hate Butlins!

Muppet here too! My main objection is what's the point? There was nothing wrong with the old uniform? Total and utter waste of money. Trousers don't fit (and have only one pocket on the wrong side thats too small for a pda) shirts wash something terrible and the waterproof............well, there's an oxymoron if ever I heard one
Conduct code for wearing the wrong uniform?! What's that about? There's some sad sams out there for putting up with that sort of bs, no wonder the management are constantly walking all over us.

The uniform is not a fashion parade, it's just something to wear at work, they gave us new uniform so wear it, yes you look like a prick but since when has that ever been important in RM

Can't stand the new uniform, it's totally not suitable for purpose i.e poor fitting, not waterproof, pockets which you can't get even P739s in etc etc..... However uniform is a big thing in our office (unless your one of the managers toadies),as I am constantly batling with management over everything else in the office I choose to fight the ones I have a chance of winning.
One thing I don't understand is clowns spending £70+ on designer trainers to wear at work Some of the trend setters in our office wear RM shoes in the office then put them on when they go out on delivery, even though the IB and DOM are constantly out on patrol trying to catch anyone doing anything wrong so he can put the black cap on and hang someone
We all look the same so if they're paying then i'll wear it

I use the pockets in the shirt for delivery card, P739's and phone etc. I will break into the new uniform once if caught up with the old stuff still packed up in the wardrobe.

this may be a boring thread to you but there are a lot of staff who are refusing to wear this kiddies outfit.
the red and grey kit looks terrible no one opens the door as they think its smack heads knocking for money.
the blue uniform was respected by the public and looked smart.
now we look like a jumped up american postal service but then we have a canadian running our company
she must be creaming her knickers in the way we look.

no our frames are stronger the walking staff put mailsort on the top and households still in there
boxes under the frames. did you notice they have two managers for every 4 staff.
