if on a stage 2 you go the whole calendar year with one abscence which was flu related and 2 days should you now be reverted back to a stage 1. thankyou

Yes with just 2 days sick you should be fine :Very Happy

I thought less than 4 days and you were removed from all stages?

if you incure no more than 1 absence of 4 days or less during the next 12 months you will be removed from the proceedure. ( removed ....not stage 1 ! )
