It was agreed that part of my duty would be changed under DDA all parties agreed this, but would wait until xmas pressure was over and then it would be implemented, in the changes what was on my walk previous was to be put back and the end part of duty that previous was an SA/ottime duty go back as this, to compensate for part of the duty that was previously mine and is now part sa, so that the SA duty holders would not miss out.
Under Atos it was also agreed that I would stay on my duty for personal reasons along with wefare toilet break, but the duty made more compact.
All last week I asked Dom when the duty would be changed and she kept fobbing me off until I said come next week i will leave behind work, then all of a sudden it transpires the dsm who made the agreement has been sidelinded and they now want to change the agreement, which i am not happy about is an understatement.
My dom and lino have already tried to get me moved out of the office via atos , but at the moment atos agree with me.
Do I stick to my guns and expect what was agreed to stand.
