Re: Non postal related Advice needed
If you think the child is at risk then you must try social services.

If she wants to shag blokes she hardly knows that is her business and not anyone else's.
It doesn't make her a bad mother.
The only concern is the welfare of the child.
Is the child clean and fed?
Does she attend a nursery? Who looks after the child during the day or does the mum not work?
Of course the child would be tearful and clingy every time daddy goes away.

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

The child is only 18 months,No nursery the mum has her as she does'nt work,Whenever he picks her up she is grubby and always needs changing.
Ofcourse its her choice who she meets,But i am trying to think how i would feel,Different strangers coming round all the time and my baby in the house,I would be raging.

I would be raging as well - but that isn't the point.
Has he tried talking to the mum about his concerns? Perhaps through a counsellor?
It may be that she isn't coping. Is there any other family who could help out?

Re: Non postal related Advice needed
As others have said, what she gets up to is her business. However, social services would need to be involved if it was deemed that the child was at risk.
Also... my sister's ex husband never returned her children to her after a custody visit and, after going to court, he got custody because the court decided the family home (and his blagging) was a better setting for the children, rather than the council safe house that my sister and her other 2 children were currently living in. So that a**ehole got custody purely because he could offer a "better" home (and was a blagger).
I also know of another case where a mother lost her child because she was putting risque pictures of herself on facebook, the father wasn't happy about it as the kid was getting teased and bullied at school because of it, he took the child to live with him, the court sided with him because of these photos. She had to go into therapy/counselling type meetings, but the child still lives with the father.
So... if he's in a position to house the child, and I'd strongly suggest he seeks legal council before doing so, he could "get" custody of the child if he was in possession of certain photographs/screen prints of websites etc... Obviously I would obtain screen prints etc before seeking legal advice and before speaking to the mother about her behaviour, by way of an incentive for her to improve her behaviour. Of course, she may just have gone off the rails a little and this is a cry for help so raising the issue may help her seek the help she requires. Either way, the child's welfare is the priority.
