If by April 2013 a office has not got a 39 hour week or had a DM revision.
Is the 39 hour week & transformation payments paid by default.

It was/is a 3 year agreement so why not.
If the office is receiving WS mail & the powers that be won't have a DM revision because there is no savings.
Then the office or offices are due the money & SWW.

cant say why not, can only point out its not part of the agreement, your office will eventually gets its revision, when though is another matter, you should get your area rep to push for one or put in a disagreement about it yourselves

The ongoing talks will extend BT2010 until 2015 in line with the business plan or BT2012-15 will take it's place.
The business will blame the union and the membership for dragging our heels.
They will also argue that giving you the rewards before change will demotivate the modernisation process and lead to offices becoming resistant to change.

No doubt our best interests will be foremost in the negotiators minds when sat round the table. I can see the check list already:

New rewards scheme - check
Extend Agreement to 2015 - check
Agree to IFT - check
Rely on trust - check
New scheme for CWU involvement at all levels - check
Protect jobs - check
