I'm not referring to R.M's own rules here, my enquiry is regards the law of the land.
R.M seems to have no limits to the extremes which they are prepared to go to get sick people back to work, examples of which are, constant phone calls to individuals, going round employees houses whilst they are off work and covered by a sick note, ignoring GP's advice and instructions to their patients etc etc.
Surely this is covered somewhere in law and boundaries are set.
A non R.M employee told me that if they are covered by a doctors note for their absence that their employer can make no contact with them.
Is it legal how RM treat it's employees ?
