No your repick has to comply with The Way Forward Agreement: Section 16 “Resourcing jobs during major change”.
I don't see where it says in the WF that all the full-timers get the driving jobs.
I can't think of any overriding business need for it happening.
I think you are being screwed over.
Question the rep...if he talks s**t ask him/her for your Area Rep's number.

This has happened in our DO. Nearly 3 years ago we had a full revision where all FT got driving duties and PT became walk holders. Dont know if this was against any agreement as we must have had to vote it through. We are only a small office (14 walks). That being said, both parties were promised things they never got and both feel they have been shafted. Word of warning though. We had a slight problem with "us against them" between PT and FTers which only worsened after implimentation. I was a PTer when it came in but was lucky enough to be made FT 2 years ago and have seen both sides of the argument and can say everyone didnt get what was promised

With P/L all pairs in our office have 1 FT and 1 PT and in our office all the Drivers are FT I think

With P&L either of you can be the driver. Its not rocket science. The only time you are the driver is if your partner that day cant drive. Need i say more.

Also they prefer all the docket kings to be drivers as well and the ones that cut off are walkers
