One 2 one interview after having three days off sick.
Been told to go in work at 09:00 on saturday for a one 2 one interview can they do this i am full of the flu and if im still unwell can i refuse to go.

Yes. Tell them you are not well enough to attend as you have flu.

You've got flu. Just tell them your too ill to attend their meeting.
They can schedule the meeting when you are well enough to attend.
