days off/holidays after revision.

firstly merry xmas folks.straight to the point,in the process of handing my holiday/annual leave form back in to the dom in the new year.i work my hols out mainly around my days off ,eg if i have a odd day to take i would prob pick a fri,before my long weekend.thing is were going to have a revision sometime in the new year.will my days off stay the same ?in not its going to mess my annual leave up big time,currently on my days off i take the kids to school,i like to be organised and plan ahead,also we have a child minder who we have to give prior notice to give her dates in advance when to take the kids to school etc,all this is revolved around my day off.so folks any idea what happens to your original days off after a revision has been put into your delivery office.

It is 98% certain that they will change as soon as you have a repick. All you can do is say that you already have plans based on your current days off and hope that they work around it.

I work mine out so I have saturdays off at the beginning of my weeks off.

Did this prior to last revision. Then when my days off changed after the revision every single week I booked off missed my saturdays.

Not pleased but s**t happens!

It's your own fault for having a life outside Royal Mail and being able to do something they can't thats organise something. hehe
