Was it just me or was that the lightest christmas eve for a good few years. Something to do with Xmas day falling on a Sunday maybe people have a full week to sort their stuff out and send.

I also think that the bad weather last year has made people post their items a lot earlier this year.

Finished at 9.50. Sat around the D.O. having a chat with a few of the lads till 11.30. Consensus opinion was that it was the lightest day in quite some time, not just the lightest day over the Christmas period. Big mailsort catalogues have already turned up ready for Wednesday though

can only he agree! looks like he has made an early start on wednesdays mail, we had tons of catalouges, but there all for next week.

Mine took two-and-a-quarter hours today. Last Saturday it took three-and-three-quarter hours.

well it was lighter than the past 2 years still finnised at 2 30 pm . still think back to the good old days when 10 .30 am was a late finnish

Unless it's MS3 then anything sent down is due for delivery, fault of the MC not the DO.
