I made a few posts here describing how i was turned away and then being called and given a shift that i was not able to work (the new shift was 6-2am) but there is no transport for me to get home at that time so i didn't go
However i just checked now and apparently angard paid me money into my bank account?!?! WTH is this all about?
It's ridculous that those that ARE actually taking up angards BS are not being paid and having this money come into my account instead of someones who has worked really hard shows me just how bloody organized they really are!
What should i do?

I expect when somebody realises their mistake they'll ask for it back. I pity the person who perhaps should have been paid instead of you. I once worked for RM for one day and they paid me for the week. About 5 weeks later I was asked to pay the money back.
Everyone at my sorting office has been paid £174.50 we got a letter saying that because they had a problem with payroll they be paying us this and claim it back in next friday wages.
Ahh okay well thanks for the heads up. Hopefully they clear this mess of theres. I don't have the time to call them and get sent through to a recorded messages, i've had enough of that already.
If it were me, I would hang up when they phone me and not respond to emails/letters, exactly the same treatment that Angard dished out to its employees!!!! Don't get me wrong, my Angard experience has been ok (ish). I have emailed them with no reply which is damn rude, especially as Angard is the employer!!! It does make my blood boil but in all honesty I would probably do it all again next year....

I just got paid as well by Angard although I never worked for them???
Whats the worst that could happen - I'm 18 and I'm in full time education doing a levels - they've paid me as well without me noticing and i've spent it all unknowingly (about 380 pound) I live with my mum so she owns all the stuff. And I never managed to get another job after royal mail said they'd employ me but failed to write the start date and time in the email and never replied to phone calls and emails.

I wish I had a bank account fairy! "spent it all unknowingly" £380 quid!!!!!
Hope your "A" Levels are not in economics. Better tell your Mum to put the kettle on the bailiffs love a cuppa before they start work.
but i own nothing and therefore they cant take anything? They are also no allowed forced entry etc... And it'll have to go through court first wouldn't it? And couldn't you organise through the courts a rate of pay back?
Spending money that has been placed in your account without your earning it, and failing to repay it on request could result in criminal charges being brought against you..... Beware! A large number of people have ended up in the courts and gaining a criminal record for theft for doing just the same as you are doing.
