Transformation ballot

The first vote was 52 for 88 against.Bit of tweaking,2nd vote 57 for 88 against,no changeslatest vote ballot papers issued today vote closes tomorrow morning,no point voting no cause its coming in anyway.What a joke !!!

Keep voting no 'if you want to and you feel it's the right decision' until you get the revision right.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

the ballot should be over a full week you can not do a ballot over 24 hours how about staff who are sick,
rest days everyone should vote.as for you saying its not worth voting as it is coming in anyway is something managers always say hoping to get staff to vote yes and give up.remember these revisions will have to be worked by you so get
the best deal you can.if your rep says its the best deal he can get tell him to go back into talks for a better deal.
royal mail management want the revisions to run smoothly not like the park and loop farce,which its costing to much.
you still have quite a good majority against the revision use this against the planning teams.

well done again on your vote of no.
next year may be different,now is the time to find the voters who voted yes and ask
there reasons why they voted for cuts in the workforce.
