It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I helped set up a Beaver Scout group in my village. Then I fell ill and couldn't do any of my voluntary work while I was off sick. While I was ill, they changed the venue and the night they held Beaver Scouts to a night that clashed with one of my other voluntary groups. Didn't tell me, despite me being in contact with them (although not receiving the courtesy of a reply) and I only found out after seeing a leaflet in a shop window in the village. Then they had the cheek to ask me if I'd come and help out now they've had to move the night again because one of the girls who took over (in the domineering sense while I was still there) is now poorly.

They can stick it up their chuff. :so there
