The bit in the Conduct Code is Appendix 3, entitled 'Safeguarding Customers' Mail', particularly part 3. It is attached below:

Oh, and the Overunning Deliveries document people have referred to 'holds the field' as far as the CWU is concerned, no matter how old it is, until another agreement is made to replace it.
