Making us wait

I had a recorded today for a house that over the year I probably have to knock on the door every other day and when they do answer it's never the front door, it's always around the back and that's after a long wait. I'm not a patient person so don't like being made wait.

Today the car wasn't there and having knocked and seeing no sign of life I wrote out the card and moved on. Three houses up as I was going around the corner coming out of a garden I caught glimpse of the guy stood outside his door looking my way.

I didn't go back and I hope he enjoyed his trip to the callers office.

got a classic today.
A bloke on my round had a surcharge for a special delivery letter that he had to pay £5.50 plus £1 handling charge .
On opening the letter it was a final warning from his boss
He wasnt best pleased
